Trains at Lichfield City! – Episode #42

In the center of Lichfield, Lichfield City station is amongst the first few stations of the Cross-City Line North served by London Midland (currently on the date of this video uploaded). Predominantly Class 323s arrive, terminate and depart this station for services towards Lichfield Trent Valley, Birmingham New Street, Four Oaks, Longbridge and Redditch. read more

G:Link Gold Coast Light Rail Australia – Cab Ride

In Queensland, Australia they have their own light rail system called ‘G:link’. Known as the Gold Coast Light Rail system which runs from Gold Coast University Hospital all the way to Broadbeach South. Like Blackpool and Nottingham the trams run more frequent during weekend breaks and rush hour. The light rail system consists of 14 Flexity 2 trams – ones used by Blackpool Transport. read more

Trams at Toton & Clifton in Nottingham! – Episode #41

A day out in Nottingham has been worth everything – just about. Travelling all around to find the best spot to catch high speed tram action definitely felt like a battering quest. In the end though I managed to settle down in a few spots where I could get some good shots of NET’s new and old rolling stock on the Phase 2 route. The video features Clifton, Clifton Parkway and Toton Parkway. The last set of videos was my favourite where the trams could reach a maximum of 70km/h along the stretch of track. read more
